Here's a quick story. I was on zillow looking at a home I didn't know if I can purchase at the time, but I found a home reached out to the agent of the home the agent told me, I needed to be on my job at least 2 years. ( Fast forward) I end up talking to my niece who grew up with Dave, she told me all these wonderful things about him so I gave him a call. I explained to Dave about what the other agent told me, that I couldn't get approved for a home because I haven't been on my job long enough. Dave responded, is that agent the mortgage officer? I said: no. Exactly that agent can't tell you if you're approved or not. Dave got me in with one of his lenders and I was approved in less than 20mins, today I am an officially a first time homebuyer. Thank you again brother Dave.
